Banking experience as the foundation, not the credential.

Emrul Naser has spent over 15 years working in institutional credit risk at Agrani Bank PLC, one of Bangladesh’s principal state commercial banks. That experience — assessing real lending decisions where scoring errors carry direct financial consequences — is the practical foundation on which both frameworks are built.

The 2Q-H-C-T-L-I framework came from a specific observation at the credit desk: that conventional weighted-average scoring can allow a strong financial ratio to quietly compensate for a broken legal title. The framework applies the same non-compensatory logic that governs hard-gate credit covenants in institutional lending — extended to cover the trust architecture specific to tokenised assets, including oracle integrity, smart-contract pipelines, and on-chain identity verification.

The AITS Standard — constitutional legitimacy for digital finance.

The AITS (Autonomous Institutional Trust Standard) defines the constitutional legitimacy conditions for trustless digital finance — covering tokenised Real World Assets, cross-border settlement, and Islamic finance instruments including Sukuk, Mudarabah, and Musharakah.

Both frameworks are published independently on SSRN, assigned ORCID-verified authorship, and distributed across 11 economics, finance, and innovation journals. The methodology is independently reproducible — every score can be re-derived from first principles without access to proprietary software.

For RWA issuers and DeFi protocols alike: The same model that a bank credit officer would recognise as familiar hard-gate covenant logic is the model that a DeFi treasury committee needs before approving an on-chain allocation. Both sides of the market are addressed by the same framework.
